Do my guests need to install anything?
No. Guests scan the QR code and everything happens in their phone's browser — no app, no account, no sign-up.
How long are my photos kept?
Paid events are kept for 12 months, stated in writing. Free events are kept for 3 months. You can download every original as a ZIP at any time.
Is my gallery private?
Anyone with the event link can open a shared gallery. Choose a private gallery so guests see only their own uploads, or close guest access after the event. We ask search engines not to index galleries; this is not password protection.
What happens if we go over the photo limit?
Photos above your Free allowance are saved as waiting and become visible when you upgrade. File-size limits, supported formats and upload rate limits still apply.
